Midway through the week and midway through the day, enjoy a weekly pause with Erin.
As we approach the loosening of our stay at home time, we may be feeling uncertainty about what’s to come or how to react. The practice of mindfulness can help us to slow down, consider and respond rather than react to the circumstances around us.
We will gather on Zoom for three Wednesdays at 12pm PDT for discussion and expanding our mindfulness meditation practice. Sessions will be recorded and emailed to those who can’t join us live. Supplemental materials will be emailed weekly.
Class is offered on a sliding scale: $0-$30. Through the generosity of those who can pay, I am able to extend this offering to those in our community who can’t pay, but who may need the practice the most. Thank you for listening to your heart in considering where you are on the scale.
