Erin is a registered nurse, a mama, a wife, a daughter and a friend. She spent 11 years  caring for both adult and pediatric oncology patients and then for individuals and families at the end-of-life. She now accompanies people through the last stages of life as and End-of-Life Doula:

Erin's style is warm, nurturing, heartfelt and casual. Her teaching is focused on the inherent beauty of breath and movement  in yoga. Her classes offer quiet and space for internal study with gentle guidance to find the awareness of our bodies that asana offers.

Erin began practicing yoga in 1995 in Boulder, Colorado with Richard Freeman at the Yoga Workshop. Her on-again, off-again relationship with yoga stayed on for good in 2003, when she met Denise Ackert in Salida, Colorado. From this yoga relationship, the desire to teach was born.

In 2013, after 7 years of informally teaching friends, co-workers and fellow nursing students, Erin pursued a 200-hour teacher training with Kat Seltzer of Mandala Living Yoga in Bend, OR. Since then, life has brought many wonderful opportunities, and Erin now teaches yoga and meditation full-time.

Off the mat, she spends time adventuring with her two young sons and husband, nordic and telemark skiing, mountain biking and whitewater rafting.
