Erin is a registered nurse, a mama, a wife, a daughter and a friend. She spent 11 years  caring for both adult and pediatric oncology patients and then for individuals and families at the end-of-life. She now educates, empowers and accompanies people through the last stages of life as an End-of-Life Doula and the co-director of a non-profit organization in Bend: www.thepeacefulpresenceproject.org.

Erin's style is warm, nurturing, heartfelt and casual. Her teaching is focused on the inherent beauty of breath and movement  in yoga. Her classes offer quiet and space for internal study with gentle guidance to find the awareness of our bodies that asana offers.

Erin began practicing yoga in 1995 in Boulder, Colorado with Richard Freeman at the Yoga Workshop. Her on-again, off-again relationship with yoga stayed on for good in 2003, when she met Denise Ackert in Salida, Colorado. From this yoga relationship, the desire to teach was born.
