Monthly New Moon and Yoga Nidra

Each month, at the time of the New Moon, we gather in the evening from the comfort of home. This 45-minute offering honors the energy of the month and is a time for deep rest. Offered on Zoom, this class will prepare you for a wonderful night’s sleep.

Yin Yoga is a practice of stillness, rest and silence. It helps to settle the physical body from the movements of an active life and prepare for deeper internal awareness and meditation.

Yoga Nidra, also called Yogic Sleep, is a practice that is different than actual sleep and different than mindfulness or concentration forms of meditation. Nidra is a return, or connection, to the stillness of the life cycle. It is a way to practice a long form of savasana- and to become more aware of our own interconnectedness to vastness and all being.

Try one practice or buy a pass for the year at a discount. A consistent Yoga Nidra practice can improve your overall quality of sleep.

Note: these practices are not recorded.
