I am so excited to announce this year-long program that I have been dreaming up for some time.
What if we came together to honor the natural cycles of the seasons in community? To live more in tune with nature than the calendar? To share our experiences and connect with others who have the same intention of listening to our bodies, to the cycles and to the changes in nature?
Over the course of 12 months, we will connect weekly, monthly and at the turn of each season.
Seasonally: At the two equinoxes and the two solstices, a 2-hour workshop will share what is happening for the season—what Mother Nature is telling us. We will talk about seasonal foods, yoga practices, creativity and rituals. A virtual option is available for out of town participants.
Monthly: Each month at the New Moon, join for the Yin and Yoga Nidra practice online, from wherever you are. This 45-minute evening practice is designed to prepare you for a wonderful night’s sleep at the most Yin and introspective time of the month.
Weekly: Each week, you will receive an email with ideas and prompts for activity, mindfulness, cooking and creativity. We will also form weekly walking groups for social connection. Your email will include a schedule of in-person classes with Erin and with Rach at Pine&Prism in Downtown Bend.
