Welcome the arrival of Spring and the lengthening of days with a sweet, soothing evening. 75 minutes of Yin yoga: a quiet, receptive and restorative practice is followed by Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep: a practice of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. 

This 2-hour special event will rejuvenate and balance your energy so that you feel ready for the increasing activity and projects of Spring.
